We are looking for a service minded tech supporter with ambitions for development. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to our customers in collaboration with your team of talented co-workers. Depending on your skills and background, there may be opportunities to support on our product development efforts.

About the job

  • Minimum 1+ yrs of similar work experience in customer-facing technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
  • Basic understanding of database design, SQL and software development processes is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and work in a structured way
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent customer-facing, written and verbal skills
  • You have helpfulness as part of your DNA
  • You can work full-time
  • You have great English skills (Danish is not required)
  • You can work from our office in the center of Copenhagen

Requirements

  • Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to full resolution. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to reported problems
  • Identifying potential code bugs and escalating when needed
  • Maintaining prompt, ongoing, and accurate communications to customers and 3rd party stake holders throughout the course of a reported technical issue
  • Take ownership of expanding our internal and external knowledge base
  • Improve user guides and learning material to make it easier for customers to learn how to use SimplerQMS
  • Work closely with the Training & Implementation team to support customer integrations as needed
  • Perform monthly testing of new updates to our SimplerQMS platform and ensure thorough documentation
  • Support development of our application based on your skills

The SimplerQMS platform is built on the M-Files Document Management System. M-Files is based on Microsoft technology and comprises a set of tools for configuring workflows and the User Interface. Requirements

  • You have a technical background and a natural flair for software technology
  • More than 1+ years of experience with software development and/or software project management
  • You understand database structures and software development methodology
  • You are eager to learn and appreciate a work environment which is highly dynamic
  • You function well in a virtual environment where Video Conferencing is the main communication channel and collaboration tool with customers and vendors
  • You have helpfulness as part of your DNA
  • You can work full-time
  • You work in a structured way
  • You have great English skills (Danish is not required)

SimplerQMS A/S was founded in 2017 by Allan and Jacob with over 20 years of experience in the Medical Device industry. We have developed SimplerQMS, which enables companies that produce medical devices, health app’s and pharmaceuticals to digitize their documentation processes and spend less time on manual work.

We are ambitious and value “the walk” more than “the talk”. Our work environment is fast paced, and we insist on having fun while working – most of the time. We help each other and have a strong emphasis on training and learning.

SimplerQMS A/S is based in central Copenhagen in Denmark. We offer flexible work hours and free lunch and coffee/tea.
