When a new user is not able to login to SimplerQMS, this might be because the users work account is used as a personal Microsoft account as well. This is only relevant for new users the first time they try to login to SimplerQMS.
To test if the login error is caused by this do the following:
1. Open a new Incognito window in the Chrome browser
2. Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com
3. Enter the email address of the user and click Next
4. If the address changes to live.login.com then the users email/account is linked to their personal Microsoft account. If it does not change to live.login.com, then this is not the cause of the issue.
