Make sure that the M-Files Office Add-in is Active. You can do this by following these steps:
Click File on Excel
Go to Options
Then Add-ins. If not active, make sure to enable it.
If this does not work. The solution to this issue is to reinstall Excel or Word (or the entire Office Package):
- Uninstall Excel/Word
- Restart computer.
- Install Excel/Word
