Quality Solutions Consultant

SimplerQMS is a life science eQMS Software Scale-up, which helps medical device and pharma companies work efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements and regulations.

We are growing internationally and are looking for a Quality Solutions Consultant to join our team in permanent position in Copenhagen or by working remotely. You will become an expert advisor in our team, meeting with potential customers in order to bridge their needs to our eQMS solution. You will engage with QA Managers, Design & Quality Engineers, and alike to demonstrate digital quality management use cases, which will help them work more efficiently.

To succeed in the role, you must have experience with quality in life sciences, good IT user skills, and a customer and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Demonstrate use cases and advise potential customers on how SimplerQMS can help them work efficiently and in compliance
• Act as a subject matter expert within the realm of our eQMS solution
• Understand the decision-making process within the customer organization
• Engage with customers to answer their questions, write solution proposals, complete RFPs, etc.
• Work closely together with the SimplerQMS team (in Sales, Implementation, and Development) to deliver a high-quality service in the sales process
• Provide input and feedback to our product development team to capture improvement ideas and unmet customer needs
• Provide guidance to our sales & marketing team to increase knowledge and improve the quality of our commercial activities

Requirements

• Experience with quality processes in a life science organization
• Experience from an internal or external consulting role is a benefit
• Ability to understand customer needs and bridge them to solutions
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Fast learner of business IT applications
• Possess a strong problem-solving mindset
• Professional level of English.
